FAQ

Freight factoring
questions.

How many invoices can I submit?

As many as you need. Mention the invoices in the Invoice details field, and we’ll contact you directly for the additional details.

How does freight factoring work?

Factoring provides an upfront payment against an eligible freight invoice before the broker or shipper pays. After approval, you receive 80% of the invoice value. When your customer pays, you receive the remaining 20% less the agreed daily fee.

Can I submit an overdue or disputed invoice?

Issued invoices can be submitted up to 30 days after the due date. Describe any overdue payment or dispute in Invoice details so we can review it.

What freight documents do I need?

Start with the invoice amount, broker or shipper’s legal name and state, payment terms, and due date. We may request the freight invoice, rate confirmation, and a signed bill of lading or proof of delivery during review.

What are the fees?

The daily fee is 0.04% while the funding is in use. For example, 20 days of funding gives a daily-fee total of 0.8%. The fee is deducted from the remaining balance after your customer pays. The factoring agreement confirms the fee base and any additional charges.
